What Data We Collect

When you sign up: your name, email, password. When you use the site: your betting history, picks you liked, which alerts you clicked. We also automatically collect your IP address, browser type, and which pages you visit. We don't store your actual payment method — we use Stripe for that.

Why We Collect It

To show you personalized football betting tips and predictions. To track which features work and which don't (we delete logs after 90 days). To send you alerts and newsletters you signed up for. To detect fraud and abuse. To improve our accumulators football betting guide and overall platform.

Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies so you stay logged in and we remember your preferences. Google Analytics tracks broad usage patterns. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some site features might break.

Who Gets Your Data

Nobody. We don't sell or rent your personal info. We do share anonymized usage data with our sportsbook partners (they want to know which leagues are popular, not who you are). If we get bought or merge with another company, your data transfers to them — you'll get notice first.

How We Protect It

Passwords are hashed, not stored plain-text. Data travels over HTTPS encryption. We run security audits annually. Your betting history and predictions only show up in your private dashboard. We delete accounts and associated data within 30 days of your request.

What You Control

You can view, update, or delete your personal data anytime in Settings. You can unsubscribe from emails with one click. You can ask us to delete your account entirely. Email privacy@daddyospawn.com and we'll process it within 10 business days.

Policy Updates

We'll post changes here with a new date. Keep checking back if you're paranoid (you shouldn't be). Major changes get emailed to members — you can opt out but we'd rather you knew what's up.
